Its too early IMO for the lockdowns. They will wait till late summer 2024 after the WHO "treaty" is signed. Then comes some type of "emergency" (use your imagination ) to implement Martial Law, lockdowns etc. This will ensure ALL mail in voting. I'm sure of course they will "help out" by picking up the ballots at your place of residence to be "counted"
