Thanks for sharing your story - I am glad your family is ok and home safe Im sure that was a pretty stunning place before these fires - it will come back - perhaps better if possible. I have watched a few locals talk about DEW (Direct energy weapons) - seems extreme but who knows right these days they are capable of anything it seems.... scary Directed energy weapons (DEWs) are defined as electromagnetic systems capable of converting chemical or electrical energy to radiated energy and focusing it on a target, resulting in physical damage that degrades, neutralizes, defeats, or destroys an adversarial capability. Navy DEWs include systems that use High Energy Lasers (HEL) that emit photons, and High Power Microwaves (HPM) that release radiofrequency waves.
