My diet is organic only and largely plant based, also only grass fed beef and only on occasion and wild caught cold water fish, no farm raised at all, none whatsoever...

Farm raise increases the omega oils and too much is also not healthy...

Also, plenty of veggies, some fruit only when that fruit is in season and we get lots of exercise daily outdoors except for those rainy days...

The damage you mention is cumulative and so engaging in that activity at all only to take supplements to curtail the cumulative damage is really not productive, it's better to avoid completely anything that would cause cumulative damage...

Quality oils like coconut, avocado, olive, all organic is what we use...

For breakfast this morning I had blueberries and walnuts with espresso...

For my second meal today I had sardines with organic olive oil and some bread and water...

Our eating window is typically 6 hours between 8 am and 2 pm, we follow an intermittent fasting schedule and find it very healthful...

Following this program I've since lost 80 pounds and my doctor took me off most of my meds...

I've been able to keep it off for more than 10 years and feel healthier than I felt 10 years ago...

I probably could have written this in a PM to you, but I have no problem sharing it...
