John - Re:"legal solution that would protect investors..." What troubles me is that corporations are singled out for failed investments. However, what about individuals who buy diamonds, Barbie Dolls and 1957 Chevrolet's for investments and see these decline in value? We should provide ways for these people who suffer losses to sue somebody to recover their losses. In fact, the government should guarantee everybody against losses. We'll just let those that profit underwrite the losses of those that lose. Kinda like the Savings & Loan debacle of a few years back. Milberg Weiss & Lerach can hire another 5000 or more lawyers and we'll all meet in court. Paul
