Stealing an election is not illegal. i.e., there is no law that states that. Contesting an election is not illegal either.

The acts leading to a stolen election might be illegal. e.g. vote suppression, duplicate ballots, voting more than once, etc. But nevertheless nothing you’ve written indicates you know what you’re talking about on this topic.
