Addi, In addition to the 8.5 million dollar settlement that was agreed upon a couple of years ago, isn't there an additional 3.5 million or so settlement with the third guy charged? And wasn't the payout from the first settlement delayed so it could be combined with the payout from the second settlement? I believe the second settlement was with Porter. Does this ring a bell? Could the stock be responding to this additional settlement? Alex
