Zenith's Annual Meeting, probably, will be the site of any announcements regarding major restructuring and new corporate strategies determined by Chairman Lee, CEO Gannon and CFO Dangremond.

Options include:
1. Follow the game plan of predecessors: no clear focus and patchwork attempt to cover all CE and TV network system markets.
2. Radical restructuring to focus on high-margin products which have a potentially high/sustainable demand and eliminate all product lines which Zenith has no opportunity of leading. Sell off Melrose plant, shed all headquarters staff but essential execs and engineers, move Glenview headquarters to San Antonio, etc., etc..
3. Subordinate Zenith's strategy and priorities to those of LGE. "What's good for General Motors...."

The first indication of Zenith's new management style could be the upcoming introduction (March) of Divx and the first HDTV overhead model. If introduced in a timid, go-slow manner, we're, most likely, looking at just more of the same.
