California is a basket case, with residents and businesses fleeing the state. They are now going to spend at least $500 million, along with a $32 billion dollar budget deficit, to remove 4 old, electricity-producing dams! Regardless of what they plan to do, the government will screw it up. It will probably cost double that, while it probably should cost much less!

Give President Trump a budget of $500 million and, not only would those dams stay in place, but an innovative plan would be created to create better conditions for the salmon population.
