Sagan didn't address either, you are just too stupid and ignorant to figure it out. Sagan died before the reality of the Sun was discovered and the understanding that H2O is a more potent greenhouse gas than CO2 could ever dream of being. The Sun sends a lot more than just electromagnetic radiation at us and the solar wind sends a huge amount of heat producing effects towards Earth that is ignored by Sagan's understanding. It is time to wipe out the UN who's only mandate appears to be to destroy the U.S.
