Are you an AKA member? If so, you can buy fish from the Fish & Egg Listing in the monthly Business News Letter (members only).

The other alternative is AquaBid. Just be careful to stay away from killies from Brazil, as they are all illegal.

What country are you from? That will often determine what killies you can buy through AquaBid.
