All children placed in these camps remained vulnerable to exploitation and abuse, including human trafficking. Moreover, multiple reports indicated Russia-led forces forcibly moved thousands of Ukrainians, including children, to Russia through “filtration camps” in Russia-occupied areas of Ukraine, where they were deprived of their documents and forced to take Russian passports.
