Wharfie, the one guy in the Brandon administration that seems to demonstrate any competence whatsoever is Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.

In fact, IIRC, it was Blinken who helped facilitate increased military aid to Ukraine, including the long sought-after F-16 fighter jets, which Ukraine could have used two months ago.

Unfortunately, even Blinken isn't in a position to clarify Brandon's "strategery" when it comes to the war in Ukraine. Because it's clear to me, as well as to many others all across the world, that the "strategery" is not for total victory, but to merely contain RuZZia and support Ukraine's survival in one form or another.
