Jim,
I was referring to those posts mentioned this technology for municipal water supplies. I doubt they want to clean it if they can prevent it at the first place.

The business of pipe cleaning after scale builds up is not high tech either. The chemicals are usually chelating agents(i. e. EDTA, NTA), phosphonates, weak acids, polymeric dispersant and some corrosion inhibitor. These technologies are open for any one. Sounds like they are removing boiler scale for Navy. I believe that can make a living based on the labor they put in. But, I doubt if they can turn it into a growth industry. "Scale prevention" for NAVY ship boilers is a better business. But, I think it is too late already. I wonder if the cleaning jobs are just local Navy yard maintenance?

I do not want to bet on CFO's magic to turn around this company. The key is to find the best application of their formulations and a solid marketing strategy. Good luck to you.

Sincerely,
Wade
