It is what it is. The gas price spike was caused by Trump and congress not supporting the drillers during the shut down. When the storage space ran out in Cushing Oklahoma. Not one not Trump or congress bought one barrel. There was plenty of storage space in SPR. Not one barrel went into it. Oil went negative, production cratered. Supply and demand. Did they plan it? Or were they just morons? Trump was president, it was his watch. Did nothing, didn't buy any oil, didn't offer the SPR as storage.
