Doren,
Is to blunt Russian aggression without goading him into using a tactical nuke.
If so, then the current stalemate should be enough, and Brandon should do nothing more than to provide Ukraine with just enough to keep the battle lines "stable."

This might be the least risky option, if you're worried about nuclear war in the short term, but it will also give PooTin and his fellow olicucks a convenient out after the initial blunder into war.

And given how PooTin blatantly abused the threat of nuclear warfare, such an out can only raise the overall threat of nuclear war across the globe.

China, Iran, North Korea, and even India and Pakistan will learn from this moment of weakness and start abusing their own threats of nuclear warfare.
He's restrained Ukraine from invading Russian territory just enough so they can slowly and steadily show Russians that this war CAN come to Russia in the form of drones and missiles.
I don't think said restraint served any other purpose but to convince RuZZia that they can attack civilian targes with impunity.

Even now, RuZZia still believes it, despite the sprinkling of drones flying over Moscow.

Like I said, Brandon really has no strategery in Ukraine, other than to lead from his own behind.

As usual.
