Hiding over the horizon seems silly. Ground-launched rockets can hide over a horizon much easier and at vastly less cost = pop them on a truck and drive to a convenient launch site. Truck cost = $20,000. F15 cost = over $1,000,000 plus expensive pilot. Fuel cost $100 for the truck. For the F15 over $1,000 and an awful CO2 profile causing the dreaded Climate Change. They can avoid those short-range shoulder-fired Stinger-type gizmos by staying out of range and using stand-off weapons like gps-guided glide bombs and cruise missiles. But rather than killing people, it would be better to do what I wrote in February 2022 = hold elections in the Donetsk, Luhansk countries, agree to Crimea remaining Russian, opening the water supply canal and buying megatons of methane from Russia via Nordstreams. Forget the insane idea of conquering Russia which would be of no advantage to USA, even if it could be done, which it can't. As I explained at the time, Russia has been forced to become the western province of China. Vivek has figured it out, maybe after reading my posts. But he's about the only one. Will Americans figure it out and give him a huge landslide mandate? Probably not as they have only 100 average IQ. My preference is Donald Trump as president with Vivek as apprentice and acting president while Donald plays golf and is elder statesman fun guy opening the doors for Vivek. After 4 years, Vivek would still have another 8 years to accelerate USA into glory never seen. Not just USA but reconstituted UN too. Mqurice
