Thanks for your insight on Submicron and the cleaning tool environment. You mentioned that Steag and the Japanese (DNS?) are doing better in the US lately; don't they (and Santa Clara Plastics) just sell "standard" automated wet benches? Do these companies have any technological advantage over Submicron, or is it just a price and reliability issue?

I understand that the Submicron ozone technology will allow one or more baths to be eliminated from the benches (thereby reducing the footprint substantially). Significant reductions in water and acid use are also claimed for this technology. Could this give Submicron an edge over the other "standard" automated wet bench companies? What do you think the odds are of the widespread adoption of this ozone technology?
