Mq, that is the famous M142 HIMARS rocket launcher. It's mounted on a standard US Army 5-ton truck frame, and can be fitted with a pod for either six smaller rockets or one big rocket.

Ukraine has been using the smaller rockets for over a year now, to blow up enemy command posts and ammunition dumps. Russia has been moving these targets out of range, so Ukraine wants the bigger rockets to get back into the hunt.

Unfortunately Russia has developed electronic counter-measures against these rockets, so Ukraine is developing counter-counter-measures. Who knew that war could be SO complicated?
