Good News to all BAAT shareholders who are long. I had a chat with Bill Wason of BAT about 10 minutes ago and he informed me BAT will fully cooperate comply fully with the SEC investigation. There were altogether 46 items that needed to be addressed by BAT. Except for a couple of items all of the items will be addressed by Wednesday. Hopefully everything will be addressed by Wednesday if not an extension will be requested to address the remaining few items. BAT will also turn in all information regarding patent filing to SEC. BAT is confident that their attorney will be able to work-out a non disclosure guarantee from SEC protecting their proprietary and intellectual information. Legal safeguards will be worked out so that there will be no leaks whatsoever. And now to the good news. Yes BAT is filing for provisional Patent filing possibly on Wednesday to coincide with the SEC deadline. A press release will be posted on the WEB site on Tuesday explaining to the investors the safeguards that BAAT is taking to protect their proprietary and intellectual property now being handed over to SEC.
