Yes ,, of course,, “” we, the governed people “” can always take it to far … a combination of “WE” know better

and raging testosterone ,,and ,,,on their (our)side,, laws on the books that have worked in the past,, but,,do

not measure up to the current EXTREME situation… so always a tug of war searching for better laws

to govern us.

If not ,,continued CHAOS would rule.
