Wharfie, tell me how declaring an "emergency" is going to help cool down Phoenix.

Tell me how locking down the planet, just like we locked down everything for COVID, will help "flatten the curve" until we can get to the promised land of "renewable energy."

Tell me how the word "emergency" is meant to be anything more than a scare tactic to hand over control of our lives to a bunch of central planners who will NEVER sacrifice their own lifestyles.
