I am not familiar with the policies in South Africa...


My question was generic. I used South Africa as an example. What I asked has to do with government in general. I'll repeat my question with a small change.

"You don't think that better government leadership could help improve a country's economic condition?"

If what you say is true, then any rotten, corrupt dictatorship should have a vibrant economy.
