Addi,

I went back to my files and found the document about the Porter Settlement. It turns out to be for $1,360,000 in cash, in addition to the $8.5 million "other" settlement. As a part of the class, were you not notified of this?

"It is anticipated that, unless there is a delay in consummating the Porter Settlement, the proceeds of the Sapiens Settlement and the Porter Settlement may be distributed at the same time." That is right out of the Notice of Pendency and Settlement of Class Action.

Right above that, it says "The Sapiens Settlement was for $8.5 million in cash and stock. The stock received in the Sapiens Settlement has now been liquidated."

Are we sure that there is more stock to be distributed in April? Maybe someone wants to call the law firm handling this...

When I spoke with Mr. Collins months ago, he told me they would try to make this an all-cash settlement because that would be easier for everybody. Addi, if you call him please let us know if there is still more stock to be given out in April.
