Bill, Let us put it in this way. Without QCOM's handsets, gateways, and CDMA technology, Globalstar success is zero. ZIP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just as important as LOR's SSL being the main manufacturers of GSTRF's satellites, QCOM's successful production of handsets and gateways are just as important if not less. GSTRF is more of a possible success now than ever, thanks to all of GSTRF partners' collective efforts. It takes them 7 years to develop this cost-effective $2.6 billion project.
