The Jets are currently ripping the Giants a new one (14-0 late in the 2nd quarter), as the saying goes... The Giants do not look like a team priming to begin the new season. On the other hand, the Jets are looking more than ready, but we must temper that thought with the realization that this is still a preseason game, and the opponents are indeed the Giants... 'Nuff said... EK!!! PS - The Packers looked more than just decent in their final preseason game... And are the Steelers a legitimate contender or merely preseason darlings??? Don't be fooled by anything looking positive in Patriot country. Wins will be hard to come by this year, with New England possibly being as high as the 4th best team in the AFC East division... With preseason all but over, the worst divisions appear to be (in no particular order) the NFC West, the NFC South and the AFC South... The most competitive (not necessarily the best) divisions appear to be the AFC North and the NFC North...
