Ravi;

I do not post on this thread very often. I have been following BAAT for quite a few months, initially attracted because of the battery technology. I had a small number of shares and sold them Friday and made a decent profit over my initial cost.

Your discussion and points on this particular message is what prompted me to respond to you. I must point out to you that you have made two glaring errors in this post. I have no opinion concerning your dialogue with this woman but must tell you that you are absolutley wrong on:

Shorting BAAT: No one is shorting BAAT on the individual investor level. No broker will take a short sell order on a penny; it is a great way to lose one's security license. I have seen numerous posts on this thread about folks shorting the stock; wondering what the short interest is. It is zero. Pennies can not be shorted. Market makers can sell stock that they do not own but they are the only ones.

Shorting is unamerican: Huh? What in the name of heaven does this statement mean? It is inaccurate as this sort of stock transaction was INVENTED in America.

I wish you luck in your investing and in BAAT. I look forward to getting back into this stock one day. Please refrain from this sort of message as it is inaccurate, rude and misleading.

Rick
