That tells me you didn't watch the video. There is nothing justifiable about mass shootings? Vivek doesn't believe White supremacy is to blame. He blames “racialized culture” and “mental health deficiencies.”.... So to the subject of mass shootings of blacks, HE SAID White Supremacy wasn't to blame. Can you defend that view or not?
