I talked to my sister and explained how it had been there for years and I had been squeezing it and thought it was just a big blackhead but when it wouldn't pop and instead got a lot bigger I decided to get it checked at the doctor. She said something to the effect of 'ah not a problem I have had those removed before, just make sure you push it out - not in'. I have not had to visit a doctor since then, I haven't been able to pop the cyst like I used to be able to and mostly don't try to now. I was told the ultrasound was clear.
