CVIA at .015 on 2/13/98, projected at 0.0039965 cents on 12/31/98 or 1/250 of a cent. On 12/31/99, CVIA would be at .0000049 cents or 1/203,477 of a cent. That would represent two successive reductions of 99.88% in 1998 and 1999 from a start price of 3.25 cents. TG
