If you are counsel for PSIX, it certainly is questionable in my eyes for you to post information in a forum such as this.. You of course can post "facts" & deny rumors of the past... However it seems to me you could be put into a box on existing negotiations (if any) because a "no comment" could enhance a false rumor ie assuming someone posed a question about a pending inquiry or negotiation. I think this forum is designed to exchange information... Your position would be very limiting ... perhaps even throwing water on issues being discussed.. Is this fair????
