Believe there is a misunderstanding, but let us watch n brief. China is no doubt a paper dragon. However the question remains, whether a paper dragon can take on a paper tiger and win.

In the meantime now that we can move past anti-ship ballistic missiles, and hypersonic anti-everything satellite-independent gizmos, and such, we move on to understanding coil guns and tungsten rods
