Ryan & Irvinsully, I agree with your points. I became disturbed back in December with the timing of the S-3 filing regarding the private placement. When the rumored production figures did not materialize shortly thereafter, I liquidated most of my position to preserve a small profit after a roller coaster ride with this stock for a couple of years. The conference call obviously did not assuage the concerns of the brokers and possible institutional investors, as the stock has steadily fallen since then. I do believe there is gold there, and that the Sterling obviously does too, but without proven production figures, and POG stalling again around $300, an ad will not bring in the sophisticated large investors, and may only serve to disillusion new investors, unless production figures will be given shortly, something that Chapin seemed to downplay in the immediate future. I am looking for another entry point, as I find it hard to believe this stock will completely collapse, but something of substance will have to appear for me to do so. Here's hoping it comes soon.
