I'm sure you have another fairy tale to trot out to justify US dominance of a uni-polar world.
Better to have a U.S.-led "uni-polar world" than a "multi-polar world" where China and RuZZia threatens everyone else with military belligerence.

And just in case you still think RuZZia deserves to be one of the "poles" in your oh-so-ideal "multi-polar world" ...
