Down 10% on no news that I can find. Anyone seeing anything?

Barclays PLC just increased by 91% a few days ago. Will watch this a bit but will be adding to my small position at this price.

Are they a Buffett buy? Absolutely not. Are they worth more than $7.30/s? Yes, I say so.
