Ben--I will not drop it. I am long on this stock; but I intend to find out about the risks as well as the opportunities. I also will express my opinion just like you will express yours. When there is a contingent liability on this company like this; without anyone knowing all of the facts; then you cant say this is going up just because you want it to. I want to see the downside as well as the upside. Big contracts coming--good. However, if the settlement is open ended and not fixed at $8.5MM then you are not considering the down side of owning it. When someone proves to me that the maximum liability is $8.5MM; then I'll drop it.
