Many thanks for the info. As part of the class action suit against Sapiens I have been included (by the lawyers in the case who would really be the big winners and not the actual plaintiffs!) in the first class action (the 8.5 million settlement). I did not receive any other letter/info on the Porter case but rather just a letter last October that the distribution of the settllement will not take place till end of April. I will definitely look into this. The law firm that you provided differs from the one I have (unfortunately all my Sapiens law suit documents are at work and I dont remember their name but will post it tomorrow. It is a very distinct and long name but hard to remember!).

In any event I can not wait till April to see how much and in what form the judge in the case is going to decide to distribute the settlement once and for all and have this last remaining cloud clear over Sapiens. I was hoping to receive a combincation of cash and stock, but if they have already liquidated the stock assigned to the case it seems I am just going to be getting all cash (which I really do not mind but preferred it to be in the form of stock and cash).
