I have previously warned that triple tops are typically followed by a 4th really that finally breaks out. We have a Directional Change here in September and a turning point due in October/November. We may see October produce the lowest monthly closing; the intraday low could spill over into November. A December Directional Change follows this, and the most potent target on the Aggregate Turning Point scale is January. Notice that the volatility should begin to rise in October.

It does not matter what administration is in the White House; Victoria Nuland is still there. The only person who would probably confront her would be Trump, but unless these people start World War III in 2024, I do not see a Trump victory preventing war. So that means they kick it off BEFORE the Nov 2024 election, or they make sure Trump does not win by any means possible.
