I have nothing against Greta going on school strike, think of the resources saved if every dumb kid just got a job. Years of drug abuse have not only twisted Rat's mind he believes all his abominations should be put on a pedestal and worshipped.

Rat's BFF Koan has also come to some remarkable conclusions, number one being, all citizens should be educated to a Ph.D. level, even if they have no acumen or desire for such education, even if doing so would bankrupt the entire country. Koan does not actually put a value on a Ph.D. education, only the designation itself has a special meaning to him, obviously in a drug induced state he was quite taken by someone that had a Ph.D.
