It's possible that those images are fake, so I'll wait for confirmation.

But if this is true, it's yet another boneheaded idea by someone in the RuZZian bureaucracy who needed to prove to his superiors that he is "doing something" about the drone strikes.

Because what's better than cardboard drones spreading shrapnel over the surface of air frames?

That's right! Tire fires!!!
