MrB: >>Why can't we get an alliance deal with VentureTech like some of those other hot Y2K companies?<<
A bit impatient, are we? Tsk, tsk, tsk. You should be resting comfortably, knowing full well that the management of your beloved FBN is actively seeking alliances that would enhance our ability to fulfill our primary objective ... that being, of course, to perform absolutely no productive activity at the highest possible speed.
We owe it to our stockholders to find that perfect match. There are many companies out there that come close to meeting our requirements, but once we look under the covers, we usually find some redeeming quality that could perhaps be mistakenly perceived as a productive capability. This, of course, just wouldn't do. We demand perfection in our business partners, just as we demand it in ourselves.
Remember ... all roads lead to nowhere, and absolutely nothing will stop us from getting there.
We've got the absolute nothing part of it nailed, so far. All we need are some other companies with similar corporate goals to join with us. As I said, we are continually researching likely suspects.
Have faith. I'm sure there is at least one other company out there that does nothing almost as well as we do. An alliance would make perfect sense. In fact, a corporate merger of our two entities would not be out of the question.
