Ok shells can be dangerous because if they have accessive debt and to many shares issued you could be looking at a reverse merger and reverse split. e.g. CVIA not a good shell

Lets establish some ground rules for finding these shells.

1.) Out of business
2.) A great stock structure
a.) Preferred already etablished
b.) Outstanding established
3.) No Debt or minimal debt
4.) Dormant Variable
5.) Deal maker names (Steven King, Warren Buffet, Victor Kiam, etc.)
6.) Companies associate or rescinded in the filings
7.) Existence of Pending Deals

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Happy Trading and searching
