For starters, you might look in my original post for one pattern. He did not have time on CNBC to go in depth, but he looks at who is selling, how they have sold in the past, how much of their stake is being sold, etc. For more info in his INTC analysis, you would probably have to pay for his service. It is not free, because he delivers results. FWIW, he didn't sound mega-bearish on INTC.
