LadyLuck, In your DD travels, have you run across any numbers that show the overall revenue and profitability of Softbank Interactive when it was part of Softbank Holdings? I have not yet had a chance to contact SIM (soon to be a new Zulu-name [from what I think I read]) about this, but I plan to when and if I can get the time.

I know that Softbank Holdings was supposed to go public on the Tokyo Stock Market, however, I don't know how to get info on them yet. In
reading the S-1 on DoubleClick on SEC's EDGAR, looks like they've got a $38.5M accumulated deficit - $25M of which is from redeemed convertibles! The original funding structures of DLCK and NETZ look somewhat different, but the use of convertibles in both is an eye-opener. I hope the similarity stops there and we don't run into the same problem later on w/NETZ. Perhaps if we could find out SIM's
past profitability and somehow make an educated guess about their past net worth, maybe we could guess at the acquisition price, and thus # of shares, etc.

A big stretch, but hopefully fruitful.
