Thoughts on LL flooring? Looks cheap - sure it's bleeding losses, but if there's material strength in the US housing market, then it's a no-brainer, right?
US housing market is strong with respect to pricing and weak in terms of transaction volume. That's not necessarily great for home renovation. that's related to the high interest rates.

One a side note - even if what you state is correct - it's bleeding losses but housing is strong - well that's not good either because why would this reverse? What do you think would happen if the housing market becomes weaker.

Anyways, I think it's questionable logic.
