Seems like Joe and BAAT is taking this SEC investigation seriously. They have agreed to fully comply with providing all the required documents. I'm sure they must have realized that SEC is a very powerful organization and it will not be prudent to hold anything back. I'm still a little concerned that BAT has agreed to provide the proprietary patent info to SEC. Hopefully BAT's attorney can work out a non disclosure agreement that will preclude any possibility of future leaks. It will be a very interesting day on Tuesday now that this SEC cloud seems to be moving away.I'm optimistic. All we now need is a positive announcement to keep the stock price moving up.
