Oh, didn't know you were on vacation, enjoy and have fun!!! The question is WHY was anyone charged in the first place when no crime was committed, there wasn't even probable cause... Without probable cause you can't be charged with anything, in this case the prosecution skipped over all the required steps for due process and moved from nothing more than an unfounded accusation to a criminal charge being filed... This doesn't happen in this country, it never did until now... Maybe you're not really well versed in the legal process and the procedures of probable cause, so it would be difficult for you to offer any real explanation, not a problem... But, what is now being done is a complete and obscene butchering of due process, this only happens in communist countries... Something stinks very badly with this fake criminal charge... GZ
