The success or failure of working dogs depends 30% on initial training and 70% on the actions of the person the dog actually ends up working with.

Endless videos out there with special purpose dogs going nuts while on leash with their handlers. It makes for good videos / headlines while it proves that the handlers have zero control.

Army, police whatever attack trained dogs only need 4 commands: Stay, go, stop, here.
