Joe, I agree with you except that I believe the price isn't down here just because some fool-ass in Canada is selling and selling. . Others are selling as well. . I also disagree with a Company sponsored open-market buy-back IF in fact they are aware of, or believe that, there is a particular Canadian seller. That is not an efficient use of Corporate capital, IMO. . You take out the seller... see how we did that with EPEX a few weeks ago. Mgmt there reacted quickly after our discussions. . Colin
