Rather than focusing on mkts and trading today, I have to figure out how to properly file a response to a motion to dismiss in NJ. This was after ANOTHER lawyer happily took my money with assurances of putting out effort, then used baseless threat of sanctions to withdraw and move on to another sucker.
All ready to submit, but has to be done just right or can get rejected and court can toss case for not filing in time. May be able to file electronically. It's been a few years since I had to do this unlike a practicing atty who does so routinely
Over the past 14 years, I have consulted with hundreds of lawyers and paid out to about 25-30 for various services surrounding estate matter and the various ancillary issues it created. Some I have been impressed with, but most are insecure, thin skinned, sanctimonious weasels that will sell their mother for the right price. Money before ethics too often the rule vs the exception. And judges are 50 x's worse, at least in state I was litigating.
During this time, rather than focus on making money, I have had to familiarize/educate myself on all sorts of aspects of law.Acted pro se on many matters. I had to stop short at US Supreme Court, That was despite me telling the 1st probate lawyer I retained in 2009, one of many that could have settled this matter 14 years ago when in her hands had she not been one of many lying, greedy, and incompetent lawyers I have had to deal with, that I did not want to have to become an attorney.
There are two articles out there. One Pulitzer Prize winner on perils of probate abuse from 1994 and one on judicial corruption. BOTH are rampant yet both go relatively unchecked
