Don,

Did you concoct this sell signal delivery idea? I have never heard Bob state that there would be a "minimum 3 business day news blackout period" and I've never heard him say that it would likely happen on a Monday or Tuesday (which BTW would imply a 3+ day delay until the weekend).

What I have heard him say repeatedly is that the subscribers would be informed via overnight delivery while the general public would have to wait until his next broadcast which might be more than the balance of one week depending on his vacation schedule.

I've also heard Bob say that it is entirely possible that the signal could leak out to the press and there is little that he can do about it.

It doesn't make any sense. Why would Bob say that his sell signal would likely occur on a specific day of the week? And I can't imagine Bob not stating his sell signal on the air if it happens the day before his show. Do you think he will lie to callers?
